Hired the upstairs room & balcony for a private function and provided guests with food and drink. Service was exceptional (seamless, unobtrusive, willingness to be helpful); food was beautifully presented & tasty; room was provided in clean and tidy state with appropriately set up chairs/tables. Bonus points - bathrooms nearby, clean, tidy, and for the exclusive use of our guests (many of us had young or underage children so this is considered a massive bonus!) I have dined at this establishment on one previous occaision (downstairs) and was likewise pleased with the venue and services offered. I highly recommend this venue for private functions, group meals, or a quiet family meal. And if you are lucky you might just catch a glimpse of the local seal like we did - 'he' flits and frolics between Henley Pier and Grange Pier!
