Both International and Domestic visitors have the opportunity for a personal meet and greet service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your hotel located in the Central Business District (CBD) in Brisbane (including Kangaroo Point) or Gold Coast CBD.

This is the ideal way to start your holiday or business trip. The service operates 7 days a week and meets your flight.

When making a booking, you will need to advise the following:
• Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and
• Brisbane accommodation details (Hotel name and address) Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Transfers between Brisbane Airport and Brisbane CBD (including Kangaroo Point) hotels or Gold Coast CBD and Broadbeach hotels. Select option at time of booking. Please note: If the Brisbane option is selected and your hotel is actually located on the Gold Coast you'll be required to pay the difference direct.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster
Child seats are not provided
Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
Please note: if you are staying at 18 Tank St, Evolution Apartments your must make your way to The Mercure North Quay at 85-87 North Quay for pickup

No one was there to collect us and we had to hire an uber, had to do follow up with company . Stressful for first time in Brisbane

We reserved a private van for our 4 person family and a LOT of luggage as we were repatriating from Europe. Our late PM flight to BNE was delayed and I was worried that we might miss our ride -- but no! Bruce was waiting for us. He loaded everything and took us directly to our rental house. Our journey was smooth and conversation pleasant. I would definitely use Con-x-ion again or recommend to others.

Affordable professional punctual service…..recommended. Driver was very courteous and helpful, no request too much of a bother and dropped & picked me up right out front of my destination.

Great Service & wonderful driver. Allan was very professional with his communication, service & a safe driver. The vehicle was clean & Allan was punctual. The cost is very good value for money. Will travel with them again in November.

Had to change pick up/drop off very late the night before due to a cancellation last minute - so very stressful for me! I sent a late email and phoned the next morning and it had already been sorted by Con-x-ion staff late that night. Airport staff friendly and Peter who was driving down to earth and helpful. Very pleased with service. Recommended!

Upon arrival at Brisbane airport found out that last shuttle was about 3 pm to city and we had arrived at 8.pm. Nobody had advices me of this. Hopefully will get refund

Our hotel was 1km away from the airport train. For the same price we caught the shuttle that took us door to door. Quick transfer with a friendly driver.
